- 15+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Platforms
- Significant experience leading enterprise-scale BI modernization and transformation programs
- Demonstrated ownership of semantic layers, metric governance, and BI architecture
- Proven experience with Power BI, Tableau, and Looker in large-scale deployments
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data, Analytics, or a related field
- Coach and mentor teams to build depth in modern BI, semantic modeling, and AI readiness
- Contribute to practice growth through IP creation, accelerators, pre-sales support, and thought leadership
- Experience working across multiple industries and complex enterprise environments
