Requirements
  • 7 years analyst experience and/or 7+ years of hands-on experience working in technology or a customer facing role
  • Understanding of financial and performance metrics (e.g. units, revenue, traffic) as well as business analysis experience
  • Operates independently, relies on own judgment and discretion to think in an unexpected way to resolve issues creatively and efficiently
  • Ability to prepare and present to cross-functional teams and business leadership

Responsibilities
  • Own worldwide cross-functional launch reporting for multiple product launches
  • Drive key reports and presentations for executive reviews including synthesizing trends and variances across financial and non-financial metrics into relevant insights and assess risks & opportunities for the business
  • Own the end to end executive launch reporting from developing the reporting plan, acquiring sign-offs to setting up the cross-functional management systems and timely report execution post launches
  • Drive worldwide reporting and performance insights weekly across Finance, Operations and Business teams across multiple timezones to support Retail and executive meetings
  • Lead the cross-functional reporting and executive updates for key promotional moments for Apple Retail
  • Lead case creation and analysis to support strategic commercial actions
  • Develop and present reports that track efficacy of key actions
