It supports virtual care, AI-driven messaging, real-time feedback, and patient-reported outcome tracking, while integrating with thousands of health IT systems to give clinicians actionable insights. The company originally built its model around empowering patients and was acquired by SAIGroup in 2024 to expand globally and add AI capabilities, aiming to improve patient activation and outcomes.
