Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience working directly with customers
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success roles, preferably at a payments tech company
  • Basic understanding of the payments industry
  • Demonstrated ability to help customers use products effectively and increase their satisfaction, and a passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Comfortable communicating with different levels of stakeholders, from executives to technical staff
  • Polished verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Regularly review clients’ business priorities and growth strategies to build account plans that ensure success in support of those strategies.
  • Protect and grow renewal revenues by ensuring that clients are deriving maximum value through their use of Spreedly.
  • Track clients’ growth projections against current usage and initiate contract upgrades in a timely manner.
  • Continuously scour the book of business to identify expansion opportunities and capitalize on those opportunities by executing strong sales acumen and closing capabilities.
