Requirements
  • The candidate must be willing to drive and have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
  • The candidate must hold Certified Nursing Assistant certification in the state or states of practice.
  • The candidate must hold Home Health Aide certification in the state or states of practice.
  • The candidate must be certified in cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
Responsibilities
  • The Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide provides resident care to assigned residents in accordance with resident assessments and care plans, as directed by nursing management.
  • The Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide works with other licensed care staff to coordinate appropriate care for residents and follows company nursing policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • The role works closely with patients on a one-to-one basis while receiving support from the patient care team.
  • The role works independently on a day-to-day basis and collaborates with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and State Tested Nursing Assistant leadership.
