Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a professional services or advisory role
  • Deep, practical knowledge of Human Capital processes, principles, and functions
  • HCM system implementation experience (at least one full lifecycle) preferred
  • Process improvement and design experience in the HCM space including advising on leading practices
  • Domain experience in Total Rewards (Benefits and Compensation strategy and planning) and Payroll is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products: advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio skills
  • Working knowledge of human capital management processes and trends
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in ever-changing, dynamic environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to craft and deliver verbal, written, and oral messages and make recommendations to a variety of audiences, including client leadership and internal teams
  • Ability to develop, grow, and sustain client relationships

Responsibilities
  • Leverage business acumen to advise and guide clients through their transformation journey including HCM business process assessment and design (full hire-to-retire function), future-state road mapping, data strategy, system selection and implementation support, training, communications, and program and change management
  • Support the implementation of leading, enterprise HCM technologies to improve the effectiveness of the HR function
  • Advise on leading practice HCM processes
  • Focus on a “business process first, technology second” mentality, ensuring business process consulting is woven into the fabric of projects
  • Lead HCM transformation projects for mid-market and enterprise clients, interfacing with C-suite and executive-level sponsors and stakeholders
  • Lead discovery and requirements-gathering sessions often as part of HCM software vendor selection to determine optimal system(s) to support the client’s needs, growth trajectory, and vision
  • Evaluate quality and scalability of HCM systems
  • Train end-users on specific processes and applications
  • Manage and lead all aspects of the project life cycle
  • Contribute to proposals and business development activities and function as an HCM SME in meetings with prospective clients
  • Provide mentorship and development opportunities to staff
  • Contribute to impactful internal practice-development initiatives
  • Collaborate within a dynamic team environment
