Requirements
- Bachelor's Required; MBA or CPIM preferred
- 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience within a Supply Chain management and analysis role
- Candidate should demonstrate ability to develop and improve business processes, evaluate, and assess the financial and operational viability
- Experience at a non-asset-based transportation logistics company preferred
- Experience within a consumer goods/retailer organization a definite asset
- Advanced Microsoft Excel / Office skills required, especially the need to have exceptional modeling skills in Excel
- Experience and knowledge of international shipping documentation and letters of credit
- Structured and consistent in order to sustain the weekly order management process
- Capacity to learn and navigate through new applications quickly and efficiently
- Effective organizational skills to manage diverse workload portfolio
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and be detail oriented with respect to ensuring deadlines are met without creating any negative impact to internal clients
- Highly collaborative with the ability to engage and lead discussions in meetings/team settings
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
- Relentless in solving for supply issues in order to support customer requirements

Responsibilities
- Planning and review of International & US DI business requirements
- Customer order review and management
- Communication and assurance of strategic customer specific requirements
- Purchase Order placement and administration with suppliers
- Liaison between suppliers, International Sales, supply chain teams, Project Management and Engineering teams
- Maintenance of shipping schedules and payment schedules
- Preparation required set of shipping documents for international customers
- Review of Letters of Credits from International and or US customers
- Written and verbal communication with sales, imports, and finance dept
- Drive WOS (weeks of supply) management working with supply chain team to support 100% perfect order
- Drive system to manage WOS, capacity planning and inventory management working cross functionally with IT, US supply chain and China team
- Devise 100% Perfect Order projections and reporting for US Direct Import and International business segments
- Drive opportunity buys planning, track supplier negotiations and weekly reporting
- Drive and manage component exposure management with China Supply Chain tracking recovery plans and weekly reporting
