About the Role
We are seeking a commercially driven, hands-on General Manager to lead Hotel Paris – Marne-la-Vallée into its next chapter. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive performance, and deliver a consistently high level of guest satisfaction while leading a service-focused team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong and inspirational leadership to all hotel departments
- Drive commercial performance and profitability across all revenue streams
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence
- Lead and manage upcoming renovation projects with minimal disruption to operations
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture
- Represent the hotel in the local market and build strategic relationships
About You
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager with a passion for quality and a strong sense of commercial acumen.
- Strong commercial awareness with a proven track record of growing revenue and profitability
- Pre-opening/ renovation or brand conversion experience while maintaining operational continuity
- Proven General Manager experience in a premium branded hotel environment
- Confident leadership and team development skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English is essential; French language skills strongly preferred
- A guest-first mindset with a sharp focus on quality, consistency, and operational excellence
