Responsibilities
  • Analyze and diagnose issues related to computer configurations, networking, and access controls
  • Onboard, Offboard and manage Active Directory objects (Accounts, Groups, Computers) in a Microsoft Azure environment
  • Troubleshoot common connectivity issues with applications, network resources, and endpoints
  • Install and set up employee desks with hardware
  • Troubleshoot hardware performance
  • Administrate user accounts and access control permissions
  • Upgrade operating systems or software packages as required by users
  • Document communications and ticketing documentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Stimlabs management.
Desired Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of PowerShell for configuration scripting
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Autopilot and Intune deployment and management
  • Knowledge and experience working under cGDP/cGTP/cGMP or FDA regulated facility preferred
  • Ability to learn new methods of computer configurations and management
  • General Understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
