Responsibilities
  • Responsible for sales activity including prospecting, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales quota
  • Establish relationships at named national accounts
  • Draft account growth plan with objectives and key results
  • Outline product and service offering enhancements for enterprise-wide adoption
  • Manage multiple areas/clients nationally and adjust sales goals
  • Recommend product or service enhancements for customer satisfaction and sales potential
  • Collaborate with internal resources
  • Prepare and present proposals
  • Understand financial metrics driving the business
  • Document sales efforts in CRM and accurate forecasting
  • Protect existing book of business through renewal and client relationship activities
  • Lead renegotiation of existing agreements
  • Participate in tradeshows
  • Perform other related duties as instructed
