Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology, Statistics, Sociology, Marketing Research, Economics, International Trade or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience conducting UX research, consumer insights, market research or analogous work, preferably within the e-commerce industry
  • Proficiency applying both qualitative and quantitative methods such as usability testing, focus groups, interviews, concept evaluation, diary studies, surveys, data analysis (SPSS, R or Python), A/B testing etc.
  • Capability to coordinate globally distributed projects and collaborate with researchers and stakeholders across regions
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to influence product partners and major decisions.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with cross-functional leads to deeply understand the needs of creators in the US market.
  • Leverage user insights to enhance the stakeholders' knowledge and support strategic decisions in the US market.
  • Manage end-to-end research activities and resources, synthesizing findings into impactful insights that empower stakeholders with practical guidance.
  • Partner with US and global stakeholders to define the research agenda, ensuring alignment between our vision and evolving customer needs in the rapidly changing industry.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging methodologies, continually advancing the research process.

  • Experience in using or researching short video and photo editing products.
  • Marketing/advertising client research experience.
