Requirements
- 7+ years AAA experience leading teams in the creation of realistic environments ranging from hard surface structures to organic foliage
- Self-motivated, strong communication skills, and a great team-player attitude
- Creative initiative and vision to take an environment to completion from either a detailed or simple concept image
- Advanced understanding of current game art pipelines and methodologies
- Outstanding eye for lighting, materials, color theory, detail, and visual hierarchy
- Able to effectively collaborate with game designers, programmers and other art team members in a creative spirit
- Highly skilled in relevant software, 3DS Max, Maya, Photoshop, Zbrush, Substance, Houdini, Unreal Engine, etc
- Knowledge and experience with modern lighting technologies and techniques, preferably with Lumen
- Great texturing skills and experience with PBR & materials
- Experience managing and maintaining entire world assets
- Experience with giving and receiving constructive and useful feedback
- Ability to multi-task and adapt easily to change
- Passion for making and playing games
- Enthusiastic, positive, team-oriented; must have the ability to interact and collaborate with all departments and teams
- Self-sufficient and self-motivated, can perform duties with little oversight
