Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience with Openlink Endur
  • Tangible working experience with commodities; including knowledge of PNL, Pricing etc.
  • Substantiated experience with deal modelling and system configuration
  • Working knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL)
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot scripts/applications in different languages such as .Net, C#, Python, VBA etc.
  • Fluent English language skills
Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve all system issues including custom in-house software and vendor solutions
  • Effectively record and monitor progress of all issues raised, providing feedback to the business users as required
  • Liaise with internal and external IT teams to resolve cross system issues
  • Ensure that best practices are applied to system support, upgrades, testing and procedures at all times
  • Manage cases, requests and enhancements using existing tools and processes
  • Ensure that solution and application support documentation is maintained to the highest quality and accuracy
