Summary:
The Product Operations Internship program is focused on activities that will help enable the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle. This role will work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, and our internal Business Stakeholders to assure that we help drive the standardization of business processes, oversee ConnectWise Partner engagement, product quality and adoption, and align communication and collaboration across the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in our Key Focus Areas Projects
- Help drive a consistent ConnectWise Partner Engagement loop
- Organize and analyze product data to bring transparency and visibility to the organization
- Help build content and documentation on new and existing processes
- Attend Product Operations Planning, Retros, and team meetings
- Work with our Delivery Management team to understand our SDLC process
- Assist with building out reports, in-app messaging, and data curation
- Assist in maintaining quality of toolsets and integration across that produce single source of truth systems
- Identify future process improvements
