Requirements
  • 3+ years of project management experience or Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Valid Texas driver license
Responsibilities
  • Project coordination and project management of construction materials testing (CMT) work from small to large scale projects through completion
  • Monitor project budgets and produce change orders when necessary
  • Analyze, review and prepare various reports for clients for commercial, industrial, government and residential projects
  • Do regular field inspections to assess the site, employees, and make contact with managing personnel in the field
  • Be available for client consultation as requested
  • Conduct regular interface meetings with the employees that will be reporting to you under the mentee program as well as those employees who are working on your projects
  • Conduct meetings with clients and UES personnel for job starts, pier starts and other pertinent start-up times as outlined by client contracts or UES management
  • Maintain open communication with project teams to keep them up to date on project process and any concerning issues
  • Promote a safe working environment by following UES guidelines
