Responsibilities
  • Identify and target appropriate prospects in the education sector
  • Set appointments, conduct effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle through to closure
  • Prepare accurate and professional reports, proposals, presentations, and documentation for executive-level engagements
  • Achieve sales targets by understanding client needs and following a structured selling process, including negotiating legal agreements, utilizing product demos, and closing deals
  • Collaborate with existing educational clients to ensure account expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, positioning Nagarro as a trusted partner
  • Seek client testimonials and references to enhance reputation
  • Address and resolve any delivery-related issues (progress, cost, budgets)
  • Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded by capturing and delivering on the client's vision
  • Identify innovative opportunities for Nagarro to consult on and create strategic breakthroughs for clients
  • Proactively seek and implement service improvements to increase client satisfaction
  • Manage contractual, financial, and legal aspects of client engagements, including invoicing, accounts receivable, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and contract renewals.
