Euna Solutions unveils Solicitation Advisor, an AI tool that helps public sector agencies strengthen solicitations before publication.

Euna Solutions unveils Solicitation Advisor, an AI tool that helps public sector agencies strengthen solicitations before publication. * April 30, 2026 Euna Solutions announced the launch of Solicitation Advisor today. This industry-first AI tool helps public sector agencies strengthen solicitations before publication. It is powered by Euna AI. The tool is a new capability within Euna Procurement. It helps public agencies review procurement solicitations. The software analyzes draft requests for proposals. Solicitation Advisor surfaces recommendations to reduce ambiguity. It ensures the required category specifications are met. "What we're launching today reflects a broader shift in how AI can support public procurement," said Mykola Konrad, Chief Product Officer at Euna Solutions. He added, "At Euna, we see an additional value for AI as helping procurement teams improve solicitation quality before release by bringing intelligent review, guidance, and category-aware insight into their workflow." Strengthening solicitation quality with intelligent review. Solicitation Advisor works within Euna Procurement to analyze the full solicitation draft. It flags issues such as vague instructions and conflicting criteria. Recommendations appear within the workflow. Each item ties to a relevant section of the solicitation. Government procurement teams remain in full control of all edits. This helps avoid post-publication corrections and supplier clarification cycles. "Every addendum adds time and administrative burden to the sourcing process," Konrad said. "When teams catch issues at the draft stage instead of after publication, they have a better chance to reduce delays, improve supplier understanding, and run a more competitive event." The software provides automated checks for public sector agencies. Euna Solutions specializes in cloud-based software for government organizations. This tool addresses the challenge of lower supplier response rates. It empowers teams to publish more complete solicitations. Montgomery County, PA expands Euna Procurement adoption to simplify informal purchasing and improve spend visibility.

Montgomery County, PA expands Euna Procurement adoption to simplify informal purchasing and improve spend visibility. Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, one of the Commonwealth's largest counties serving nearly 900,000 residents, manages purchasing across a wide range of departments and service areas. As part of its ongoing procurement modernization efforts, the County has focused on solutions that improve spend visibility, strengthen fiscal accountability, and integrate cleanly with its ERP, Infor. Managing informal purchasing across a complex organization. The County has long used Euna Procurement: Sourcing to manage competitive sourcing projects. However, as informal purchasing increased through external catalogs such as Amazon Business and Staples, those purchases remained outside Infor, limiting item-level visibility and making it difficult to measure spend patterns and cost-saving opportunities. Manual invoice processing and reconciliation added further strain on procurement and finance teams, while prior integration efforts with other vendors required more technical lift than the County could support. To address these challenges, Montgomery County is expanding its use of Euna Procurement to include the Marketplace module. Marketplace allows County staff to directly purchase from approved suppliers and cooperative contracts in an easy-to-use, online marketplace, while automatically tracking item-level data needed for reporting, budgeting, and savings analysis. Seamless ERP integration without displacing Infor. A key driver for the expansion was Euna Procurement's ability to integrate easily with Infor while keeping it as the system of record. The solution supports budget checks and approval workflows by populating purchasing data directly into Infor and allowing for deeper item-level data and reporting in the Marketplace. These capabilities reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and are expected to alleviate a significant amount of manual work from the County's payables team. Building toward greater transparency and fiscal accountability. By extending Euna Procurement beyond Sourcing, Montgomery County is working to simplify purchasing for staff, reduce administrative workload, and improve oversight of public funds. Euna Solutions looks forward to continuing its partnership with the County as it advances toward greater efficiency, transparency, and accountability across procurement and finance operations.
