  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including, but not limited to: organizational development, employee and labor relations, DEI, performance management, talent management, total rewards, talent acquisition, learning and development, project management and federal and state respective employment laws
  • HR designation certificate or credential preferred
Responsibilities
  • Consults with management to provide HR guidance as appropriate
  • Provides solutions to management and employees in order to improve relationships within the team, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation to staff
  • Manages HR program cycles with client groups
  • Works with HR leadership on organizational development, workforce planning, talent management and organizational effectiveness
  • Partners with HR leadership in identifying, planning, and conducting training needs for business units
  • Guides managers on performance management initiatives, employee development and engagement topics
  • Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
  • Attends to all matters that arise in the areas of employee and labor relations
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
