Responsibilities
  • Learn to provide leadership to a team of Drivers, also called Route Sales and Service Representatives, ensuring customer satisfaction and achievement of operational goals.
  • Direct efforts to maximize new business accounts, increase penetration of existing accounts, and retain accounts.
  • Participate in a hands-on, structured 30-week management-training program.
  • Complete rotations in various departments to identify the best fit for the trainee's interests, skills, and abilities.
  • Complete progress reports and participate in company-sponsored management development workshops.
  • Progress through the management career track toward key management positions.
  • Relocate during or after training to manage an assigned team within the first three years.
  • Lead an assigned team after completing the program.
Desired Qualifications
  • A college degree is highly desired.
  • Military experience is welcomed.
  • Previous industry experience is not required but is considered beneficial.
