Vultr has raised $329 million in debt from major Wall Street banks, including Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase, to expand its AI model hosting capabilities. The interest rate is significantly lower than what CoreWeave, an AI cloud provider, secured. Vultr, founded in 2014 and based in Florida, is profitable with over 1.5 million customers. The company is considering an IPO but has not made a decision.
