Requirements
  • The candidate must have 3–7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in an Agile environment.
  • The candidate must have strong hands-on experience with JIRA, including backlog management, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
  • The candidate must have demonstrated experience writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • The candidate must have a deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint execution.
  • The candidate must be able to communicate effectively, manage stakeholders, and produce clear documentation.
  • The candidate must be able to translate complex business requirements into clear technical deliverables.
Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the product backlog in JIRA, prioritizing features, enhancements, and defects according to business value and strategic objectives.
  • Write clear, concise user stories with measurable acceptance criteria to guide engineering and quality assurance teams.
  • Collaborate with clients, operations, compliance, engineering, quality assurance, and leadership stakeholders to gather, refine, and document requirements.
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and related Agile ceremonies.
  • Define the product roadmap and release plans in alignment with business and regulatory priorities.
  • Ensure delivered features meet business objectives, operational needs, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and efficiency improvements.
  • Partner with quality assurance to validate acceptance criteria and ensure high-quality product releases.
  • Track metrics, risks, and delivery progress, and provide clear status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
