- Ensure that cleaning and maintenance of the assigned property meet contractual specifications.
- Oversee porters and matrons.

- Perform quality control to meet Harvard and customer standards.
- Train new and existing staff on proper cleaning techniques.
- Ensure that proper safety equipment and techniques are used and followed.
- Order and issue supplies and equipment.
- Check work tickets.
- Perform general equipment maintenance.
- Manage general cleaning.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
