  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Hospitality Management or 3-5+ years of operational management experience within a retail environment

Responsibilities
  • Delivering on commitments and making things happen on a national scale
  • Influencing projects to secure success
  • Establishing team goals and developing others
  • Ensuring operational, procedural, and performance compliance for national retail locations
  • Coaching Managers in creating operational excellence
  • Creating, maintaining, and analyzing effective procedures and KPIs nationally
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas of growth and improvement
  • Overseeing the development of national initiatives
  • Conducting National P&L analysis
  • Identifying business opportunities across multiple markets
  • Providing ongoing support and partnerships with Managers, Senior Managers, Directors, and VPs
  • Reviewing, managing, and developing vendor national relationships
  • Working closely with Retail Systems team for system implementations and improvements
  • Collaborating with New Store Opening stakeholders for successful store openings
  • Optimizing retail operations for profitability
  • Setting and agreeing to national stretch goals
