Project: SRAM block modeling for advanced logic nodes and technologies

Skills You’ll Learn:

Technology and design factors impacting advanced SRAM
Device scaling implications to SRAM

What You’ll Do

Create advanced SRAM bit cell design, periphery circuits, data blocks
Evaluate feasibility and trade-offs in SRAM for different technology options
Collaborate closely with technologists working on device and integration
Collaborate with university or consortia researchers
Complete other responsibilities as assigned

Location: Hybrid, working onsite at our San Jose, CA Headquarters 3 days per week with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time

What You Bring

Graduate student enrolled in a Master or PhD program, in VLSI technology and design
Graduation date between December 2024 and September 2025
Open to relocating to another country for a full-time position after your internship
Experience on existing SRAM bit cell designs
Experience on SRAM block modeling
Good knowledge of VLSI circuits and systems
You’re inclusive, adapting your style to the situation and diverse global norms of our people
An avid learner, you approach challenges with curiosity and resilience, seeking data to help build understanding
You’re collaborative, building relationships, humbly offering support and openly welcoming approaches

The pay range below is for all roles at this level across all US locations and functions. Individual pay rates depend on a number of factors—including the role’s function and location, as well as the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, education, and training.
