Housing Plus Group secures $1.2B funding package to invest in homes and communities

Housing Plus Group has secured £961 million in funding from five banking partners to invest in existing homes, deliver new properties, and strengthen communities. The package builds on £806 million of existing facilities, bringing the Group's total loan portfolio to over £1.3 billion.
