IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking a Billing Coordinator to support invoicing and AR collections for IXL and its subsidiaries. #LI-DE1

This is a full-time position in our San Mateo, CA headquarters office.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Review purchase orders, sales contracts, and quotes to ensure accuracy against corresponding invoices
• Print, e-mail, mail, and upload invoices to customers and their vendor portals as needed and in a timely manner
• Accurately sort incoming checks and research any that are unidentified
• Process checks and credit card payments to their respective invoices
• Manage and resolve customer inquiries via e-mail and phone in a timely and professional manner
• Work closely with sales operations team to reconcile any discrepancies between internal sales database and NetSuite
• Perform other related duties as assigned

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 1+ years of accounting experience a plus
• Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
• Strong typing and 10-key skills (40-70 WPM with >90% accuracy; 12,000 KPH with >98% accuracy)
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficient with Gmail, Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Windows OS
• Energetic, mature, positive person who thrives on working independently
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with little supervision
• Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of employee and company information
• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce a plus
