We’re hiring an Instructional Designer!

About this position

The Instructional Designer will strategize, build, and implement cohesive, world-class training materials for our Ambassadors. The Designer is responsible for leading the projects related to curriculum design, including working with stakeholders to obtain necessary information. This role combines technical knowledge of curriculum development along with an ability to optimize the effectiveness of training materials for individuals and teams within in-person, virtual, and self-paced educational modules.

What you’ll do

• You will create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer.
• You will work with subject matter experts and identifying target audience’s training needs.
• You will state instructional end goals and create content that matches them.
• You will visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product.
• You will conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts.
• You will provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process.

You should have

• Bachelor of Science degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or related field.
• Master’s in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or related field preferred.
• 5 or more years’ experience in developing and implementing corporate training programs.
• 7 or more years’ experience in developing and implementing corporate training programs preferred.
• Knowledge of learning theory and skilled in learning management system software.
