This is a hybrid position (3x in the office) based in Northampton, UK.

Skills:
- Driven and proactive in initiating sales activities
- Passionate about pursuing a career in software sales
- Proficient in phone communication with exceptional listening and writing abilities.
- Responsible for achieving team targets and individual goals
- Works effectively within a team environment, fostering cooperation
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com for maintaining account hygiene and updates
- Experienced in employing outbound sales outreach strategies
What You Will Be Doing:
- Initiate contact via calls and emails, converting leads into qualified opportunities.
- Arrange meetings between qualified leads and Account Executives.
- Reach out to new accounts to introduce SIS, scheduling meetings for Account Executives.
- Contact new contacts within existing customer accounts to promote additional SIS services.
- Maintain a minimum of 250 calls and 250 emails per week.
- Conduct thorough research on accounts and contacts to develop targeted lists.
- Create persuasive sales proposals to secure business.
- Assist Account Executives by fulfilling tasks within target accounts as needed.
- Showcase how our platform can enhance risk management, efficiency, and user experience.
