Requirements
  • Previous experience in sports and entertainment is preferred.
  • Currently attending a university or graduated, with an interest in the Game Presentation space.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where attention to detail is critical for success.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with fans of all ages.

  • Ability to remain personable and courteous with arena, Nets, and production staff.
  • Knowledge of sports terminology and basketball operations.
  • Punctuality based on call times and reliable transportation.
  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
  • Availability for at least 70% of Brooklyn Nets home games and select Barclays Center events.
  • Availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support in coordinating game contests, entertainment performances, and live camera hits, including selecting contestants, organizing prizes, preparing performers, and reviewing details with in-arena hosts.
  • Assist with the logistics, setup, service, and daily operations of games to ensure smooth execution.
  • Escort entertainment groups and talent entering Barclays Center and coordinate their on-site experience.
  • Communicate necessary game-day details with Brooklyn Nets Entertainment Team Leads and Barclays Center arena staff.
  • Organize Game Presentation storage space and pull game-specific items for giveaways.
  • Support in-arena hosts at select games, review contest details before games, and assist with camera blocking during live hits.
  • Collaborate with the in-house production crew on live-element needs, including cameras, microphones, and lighting.
  • Create a high-energy arena environment and help engage the crowd throughout the game.
