Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS management, with a dedicated concentration in Workday implementation and maintenance
- Strong first-hand technical proficiency operating with Workday, including system configuration, reporting, and integrations
- Experience leading and managing cross-functional project teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Our cash compensation amount for this role ranges from $96,000 - $121,000 for most US locations and $106,000 - $134,000 for US locations with a higher cost of labor. All figures cited above are in $USD and pertain to workers located in the United States. Pay is based on several factors including market location, and may vary depending on job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills
- Reporting to the Director, People Operations
- Lead the implementation of Workday modules, working closely with implementation partners and cross-functional teams on various workstreams, to ensure successful project delivery
- Manage and maintain the Workday HRIS system, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
- Partner with the People team and other departments to ensure system functionality meets business needs and provide technical and functional support, guidance, and training on key business processes
- Develop and maintain system documentation, quick reference guides, and user training materials
- Collaborate with vendors, IT, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data integrity, integrations, and system security
- Stay current with HR technology trends and best practices, providing recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements
