Responsibilities
  • Prospect and engage new clients through structured outreach and thoughtful follow-up to generate qualified meetings
  • Partner with the VP of Business Development to develop pipeline, align consultants to opportunities, and support deal progression
  • Collaborate with consultants to identify opportunities that emerge during delivery and client conversations
  • Provide visibility into pipeline activity, client needs, and project updates through regular team meetings
  • Work with Talent Acquisition to anticipate pipeline needs and source the right talent for upcoming opportunities
  • Support client engagement activities, onboarding, and account coordination to strengthen long-term relationships
  • Step in as a trusted point of contact for clients when needed to ensure a seamless client experience
