Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience (cybersecurity strongly preferred) as a technical trainer or instructor in an enterprise software or SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to design effective, scenario-based training programs for technical audiences
  • Proficient with various training delivery platforms and technologies (e.g., virtual classrooms, Learning Management Systems, etc.)
  • Familiarity with containerization, cloud infrastructure provisioning, Linux/Unix administration, and programming languages such as Go
  • Extensive hands-on experience with the implementation, configuration, and administration of complex enterprise software systems
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills with experience delivering highly technical training to both individual experts and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to rapidly learn and master new software products, features, and functionalities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, digestible training content
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., computer science, software engineering, information systems)
Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive training curriculum for the Virtru Data Security Platform through collaboration with product managers, solution architects, and other internal subject matter experts
  • Devise a curriculum with detailed learning objectives, supporting course materials, and hands-on labs to accelerate operational comprehension for our customers, partners, and employees
  • Deliver virtual and in-person instructor-led training workshops that cater to the educational needs of technical users such as system administrators, developers, and data analysts
  • Monitor training session attendance, engagement, and effectiveness, and provide detailed reporting and data-driven recommendations
  • Identify opportunities to scale and automate technical training delivery using innovative technologies and methods
  • Maintain deep technical expertise on the entire Virtru Data Security Platform, including new capabilities, integrations, and best practices
  • Work cross-functionally to support the onboarding and ongoing technical enablement of key customers and partners
