Company Core Values
- Bias for Action: We index on lightweight process that allow us to get sh*t done. Putting something out in the world and getting feedback early is the best way to know whether we’re on the right path.
- Intellectual Curiosity: It’s better to say 'I don’t know' than to assume you have all the answers. Keep asking 'why?'
- Empathetic Candor: Always assume people’s intentions are positive for Tactic. Embrace a culture that is open to giving and receiving feedback, recognizing we can always improve.
