Requirements
  • Must be currently enrolled in a Human Resources, I/O Psychology or Business degree program AND pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an anticipated graduation date of Winter 2025 - Spring 2026
  • This position is hybrid and requires in-person presence at the Santa Clara office 2–3 days/week
  • Self-starter attitude, eager to take on new projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator who can work with teams across multiple time zones
  • Project management skills with a focus on keeping high visibility programs on track to meet key deadlines
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Has experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft applications but can quickly adapt to using new systems
Responsibilities
  • Conduct research, analysis and reporting for various benefits and compensation projects
  • Project manage a global employee benefit and engagement initiative, including marketing efforts, program administration, and leading an internal team to meet key deadlines
  • Support an ongoing initiative to further the Total Rewards value proposition, partnering with HR team members globally
