Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a quoting process for all incoming warranty and customer repair orders
  • Work in conjunction with Quality & Operations for warranty determinations
  • Track all warranty costs, analyze root cause(s) and implement countermeasures
  • Efficiently coordinate warranty and customer repair schedules in a timely manner
  • Source and facilitate contracts with subcontractors to complete repair work on as needed basis
  • Establish and track metrics relevant to warranty and repair processes
  • Create and maintain invoicing process for completed repair work
  • Manage long term relationships, contracts and performance levels with customers and sub-contractors
  • Provide technical repair support to Distributors
  • Manage Distributor repair and warranty program
