Requirements
  • Technical background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in program/project management: 5+ years managing complex technical projects, preferably in hardware, semiconductors, or deep tech.
  • Highly organized and efficient: Proven track record of handling multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong communication skills: Ability to translate technical challenges into actionable program management plans.
  • Experience with regulated industries: Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA QSR, IEC 60601, or similar standards.
  • Data-driven decision-making: Proficient in project tracking, reporting, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work across disciplines: Experience coordinating work across hardware, software, and regulatory teams.
Responsibilities
  • Own the planning and execution of technical projects across the R&D, product development, new product introduction, and regulatory compliance.
  • Work closely with engineering, regulatory, quality, legal, and supply chain teams to ensure projects remain on track.
  • Track and manage project budgets, forecasts, and internal time tracking for accurate financial reporting.
  • Maintain alignment between Octiv’s technical priorities and those of its partners, ensuring deliverables meet strategic goals.
  • Keep detailed records of project milestones, technical dependencies, and risk management plans.
  • Work with internal and external teams to ensure medical device compliance, including FDA, ISO, and other regulatory standards.
  • Oversee procurement, production scheduling, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products and components.
  • Identify bottlenecks in project execution and improve processes to enhance efficiency.
Desired Qualifications
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with ultrasound or other medical imaging technologies.
  • Exposure to high-volume manufacturing environments.
  • Understanding of software development processes and integration workflows.
