  • 4+ years of experience as UX designer at an agency or renowned brand
  • Experience with designing websites, apps and digital products for A-brands
  • A strong portfolio (website or PDF) demonstrating your experience and passion
  • Experience with working in multidisciplinary teams
  • Working proficiency in English
  • Experience with Figma and collaborative tools
  • Availability to start working in Germany
Responsibilities
  • Bringing new ideas around best practices and cross-industry insights towards your project teams
  • Participate and lead discovery sessions and apply generative methods to uncover potential challenges and opportunities
  • Translate strategy and insights into well considered journeys, flows and wireframes
  • Substantiate your design choices with annotations
  • Create simple prototypes (and validate these with users if needed)
  • Presenting your work to clients and stakeholders and handle input and feedback
  • Working back-to-back with UI designers to help shape the final user experience
  • Work closely with researchers as well as visual designers on the final product and delivery.
