Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Development Engineer in Test to join our team. As SDET, you will be responsible for designing and implementing test automation frameworks, developing, and executing manual and automated test scripts, and ensuring the overall quality of our product.

Knowledge and Skills

• Practical experience in automation testing using Selenium with C# (Must)
• Strong knowledge on Load testing with JMeter
• MySQL/SQL- Developing queries, Stored Procedures, Functions, Database Triggers
• Strong knowledge API Automation testing with RestSharp
• Experience testing with containers, cloud, virtualization, and configuration management
• Good knowledge in Cloud computing platforms (Azure), Containers (Docker) ,CICD
• Experience with ASP.NET WebAPI and .Net Core
• Strong understanding of design patterns (MVVM, etc), dependency injection
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design and development.
• Apply quality engineering principals throughout the Agile product lifecycle
• Expert knowledge of the (SDLC) Software Development Lifecycle
• Expert knowledge of QA process: different levels, types, and methods of testing: unit, integration, system, and acceptance, functional, regression and performance, black, grey and white box
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Actively designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents apps/tools/test automation, knowledge of programming languages to an expert level. (C#, VB.NET, JavaScript, Python)
• Practical experience on CICD and Azure DevOps
• Collaborate closely with other team members(Offshore & Onshore) and departments

Essential Functions

• Perform Test Automation and setting up frameworks on multiple application platforms like Web and Desktop should also be able to set up, maintain, and operate test automation frameworks
• Performs load tests and analyzing results using JMeter
• Makes and implements recommendations for performance improvement on both the application side, and the test automation/framework side
• Provides feedback on the schedule, quality, and stability of any/all releases
• Develops, reviews, and executes automation test scripts
• Review application code to determine best testing approach
• Review code created by other team members
• Estimation of level of effort for project tasks
• Required to perform duties outside of normal work hours based on business needs.

Typical Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Typical Range of Experienc

• 5 years Software/Test Engineering experience

Pay Range: $73,700 - $108,400 annually

The hiring range is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the salary range of possible compensation at the time of the posting, and is subject to change. The actual compensation offered will be determined by various factors, which may include a candidate’s education, training, experience, and geographic location.
