Marketing Program Manager

As a Marketing Program Manager, a typical day might include the following: 

• Meeting with stakeholders across divisions to discuss sales priorities and pipeline, customer perspectives, go-to-market plans, and strategic marketing initiatives.  

• Creating project proposals, marketing briefs, and content plans that distill key market information, messaging, and strategic objectives into actionable guidance for creative teams and marketing operations.  

• Researching target customer audiences and creating ideal-customer-profiles for account-based marketing campaigns. 

• Identifying market trends and opportunities by analyzing marketing performance and customer engagement data.  

• Developing detailed reporting on marketing activities and campaigns and making data-driven decisions to improve results.  

• Collaborating closely with colleagues in Content Marketing, Operations, Digital Marketing, Events & Customer Education, and Technical Marketing.

• You have developed, implemented, and managed integrated marketing campaigns for B2B audiences. 

• You have experience working with marketing agencies.

• You excel at working cross-functionally and easily build relationships across cultural, organizational, and global boundaries.  

• You love solving problems systemically, even when the way forward is unclear. 

• You are a strong communicator who can synthesize complex information from multiple sources and are proficient in English and Spanish (Portuguese and French are preferred).

• You have experience building reports and providing an analysis of marketing metrics and campaign performance.  

Additional Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of professional experience in a marketing role.  

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or economics. Master’s degree preferred.

This position is located in our Madrid, Spain office which is located near the Ramon y Cajal train station and has great access to metro and bus transport.
