Application Project Manager

Program Manager Job Summary Seeking an experienced Program Manager with 12 to 15 years of overall experience to lead and coordinate enterprise cloud programs on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering complex cloud projects, hands-on familiarity with Azure tooling, and working knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jira. Experience with Power BI is a plus. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are essential. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of multiple, interdependent cloud projects on Azure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and program timelines. Define program scope, roadmap, milestones, deliverables, budget tracking, and risk/issue management. Coordinate cross-functional teams including cloud architects, engineers, security, QA, operations, and vendors to drive execution. Implement and monitor program governance, escalation paths, and reporting cadence. Manage dependencies and change requests across projects and remove execution blockers. Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to prioritize work, capture requirements, and translate them into delivery plans. Track program health using metrics and dashboards; present status updates and executive-level summaries to senior leadership. Ensure compliance with cloud security, cost optimization, and operational best practices.
