Requirements
  • 15+ years’ experience managing a multi-disciplinary analytics team across media, creative, and website clients
  • Extensive working experience with measurement frameworks, econometric models, media ecosystems, multitouch attribution models, creative/brand evaluation tools, audience tools, external reporting, dashboard, and data visualization partners
  • Successful track record of delivering value to clients and efficiencies to agencies
  • Collaborative work style emphasizing strong relationship building with clients and peers
Responsibilities
  • Lead definition of digital media best practices internally and across the network on a global basis
  • Management of the team’s scoping and staffing in conjunction with media planning teams
  • Evangelization of the value of analytics within the office and across its client roster
  • Evolution of the US analytics commercial offering, capabilities, and tools
  • Work with client teams to develop, scope, and sell client measurement and analytics frameworks
  • Provide consulting and thought leadership on clients' businesses from an analytics perspective
  • Ensure data analytics projects meet client objectives, timelines, and budgets
  • Develop partnerships and relationships with relevant data, technology, and services suppliers
  • Participate in new business/business development initiatives
  • Leadership of a regional office analytics team including hiring, development, and retention
