Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other technical fields
  • 8 years of experience as Sales Engineer, Consulting Engineer, SE specialists or Solution Architect
  • Experience delivering products as cloud-based services
  • Must have a working knowledge and hands-on experience in Tier-1 SaaS applications, licensing and entitlement, and analytics products
Responsibilities
  • You are the 'go to' resource for customer interactions that exceed standard Systems Engineering support requirements
  • Provide design consultation and best practice guidance for rollout, implementation, and policy conversion during the 'pre-sales' process for strategic opportunities
  • Take ownership of advanced 'proof of concept' testing in strategic accounts either at the customer site or Zscaler lab facilities
  • Present to customers as SME at all levels in the customer hierarchy, from technician to CIO
  • Lead customer demonstrations (with our SE's) that showcase our unique value
  • Discuss, with credibility, offers in the marketplace and position ours as the best alternative
