- Solid background in software development and architecture, ideally with five years or more of experience.

- Participate in technical scoping phases including audits, needs analysis, architecture design, and technology selection.
- Support project teams in solution implementation through best practices, code reviews, architecture reviews, and developer mentoring.
- Guarantee the consistency, quality, and performance of systems in production.
- Contribute to industrialization and automation processes including continuous integration, automated testing, and cloud deployment.
- Actively participate in the company technical community through feedback, articles, mentoring, and internal events.
