Conduent revenue falls 11.9% to $531M as firm recalibrates 2026 guidance

Conduent Inc reported Q2 2026 revenue of $531 million, down 11.9% year-over-year from $603 million. Adjusted EBITDA fell to $16 million from $23 million in Q2 2025, with margins declining 80 basis points to 3%. The company completed the sale of its Transit and Tolling businesses for $234 million in gross proceeds plus a 7% equity stake in Quarterhill, exceeding its $200 million portfolio action commitment. Conduent recalibrated its 2026 revenue guidance to $2.15 billion to $2.25 billion, excluding discontinued operations. Adjusted EBITDA guidance was set at $140 million to $170 million. The company's qualified new business pipeline grew 11% year-over-year to approximately $3 billion. Adjusted free cash flow improved by $81 million in the first half of 2026 compared to the prior year.
