Position Summary:

In this role, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, ensuring that all marketing projects, including digital collateral, not only progress seamlessly, complete on time and on budget, but also contribute significantly to our overarching business goals.
Responsibilities:
· Strategic Oversight: Take charge of managing all aspects of marketing deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
· Stakeholder Collaboration: Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hold regular meetings to update them on project progress, manage expectations, and gather insights.
· Creative Excellence: Collaborate with the Creative Director to ensure creative requests are meticulously planned, properly resourced, and delivered on time, resulting in impactful marketing materials.
· End-to-End Management: Lead the entire project lifecycle, from concept to completion, ensuring seamless production, delivery, and coordination across various marketing teams.
· Progress Monitoring: Implement robust reporting using Jira software to monitor the progress of each project/event, providing real-time insights into key performance metrics.
· Process Optimization: Drive the creation and co-creation of marketing department processes, documenting workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
· Best Practices Leadership: Introduce and champion project management best practices throughout the marketing organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
· Jira Expertise: Support the consistent use of Jira within the marketing team through weekly office hours, ad hoc support, and training sessions, enhancing overall team productivity.
·Cross-Team Coordination: Ensure seamless cross-coordination across various marketing teams on multi-faceted projects and campaigns, fostering collaboration and maximizing impact.
Qualifications and Skills
· Educational Background: Hold a bachelor’s degree and bring 4+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent work experience.
· Effective Communication: Showcase strong communication skills to convey complex ideas and project updates clearly.
· Organizational Excellence: Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, ensuring projects are on track and aligned with business objectives.
· Stakeholder Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive project success and maintain forward momentum.

Salary range of $78,100 - $110,300. [It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.] The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law including geographical location.
