Responsibilities
  • Heavy Outbound Prospecting: Consistently generate new opportunities through high-volume outbound calls, personalized emails, and social media outreach.
  • Qualify and Develop Leads: Qualify inbound and outbound leads, uncovering pain points and needs, and guiding prospects to a clear understanding of how our solutions can help them.
  • Overcome Objections: Manage and overcome common sales objections with ease, keeping the conversation focused on value and next steps.
  • Create Interest and Build Rapport: Develop rapport quickly with decision-makers through engaging, consultative conversations across multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn).
  • Targeted Research: Conduct thorough research on accounts and prospects to identify the right decision-makers and potential opportunities.
  • Document Sales Activities: Ensure all lead interactions are captured accurately in Salesforce and Salesloft, tracking the entire prospecting journey and maintaining up-to-date lead data.
  • Meet Key Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed key metrics, including monthly and quarterly new opportunity generation, call volume, email outreach, and pipeline goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with account executives and sales managers to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads and track the progression of opportunities through the sales cycle.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar outbound sales development role.
  • Previous experience in a SaaS or tech sales environment.
