Requirements
  • Expertise with GA4 (platform setup/maintenance, analytics analysis and reporting)
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager (tag implementation including tag audit, creation, data layer events, testing, and debugging)
  • Expertise in creating and implementing data taxonomy governance best practices
  • Test Plan Documentation – document test plans (related to analytics QA)
  • Knowledge of UAT (User Acceptance Testing) including test plan design and system testing a plus
  • HTML/CSS coding including responsive design frameworks - Must need / JavaScript a Plus
  • Be able to aggregate different data sets to work within a CDP
  • Proficiency in various digital marketing tactics and data sets, including online media (display, paid search, SEO), CRM, and mobile apps, along with hands-on experience in working with related data
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM
  • Familiarity with Campaign Automation systems (Adobe, SFMC)
  • Proficiency in understanding Digital Asset Management (DAM) or Content Management Systems (i.e. Veeva Promo Mats) and how to access and integrate content for downstream systems
  • Ability to pull aggregate and analyze data for deep dive analyses and executive level reports that provide logical improvement recommendations and insightful strategic content
  • Ability to develop for projects with complex business requirements
Responsibilities
  • Build & deliver standardized and custom reports for business stakeholders.
  • Partner with other teams on measurement across site experiences.
  • Analytics Support – Provide client support for issues or questions regarding digital analytics solutions.
  • Design, develop and support the web analytics instrumentation architecture - Own all Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager environment & processes.
  • Consistently evaluate and revise environment where necessary to improve stability, flexibility, scalability, and futureproofing including debugging, troubleshooting, and fixing configuration issues.
  • Develop custom analytics JavaScript to create events and triggers in Google Tag Manager.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of tagging environment by continually monitoring tags, both manually and with automated tools.
