  • Theoretical and applied knowledge in Reward, HR, and job architecture design principles.

  • Demonstrable experience of supporting large-scale projects and delivering successful outcomes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
  • Supporting WPP’s Reward team on day-to-day management, analysis, and communication of WPP’s Compensation Programs on a global scale.
  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting compensation data to identify trends and improve competitive market positioning.
  • Providing analytical support, formulating creative solutions, and delivering recommendations around Global Reward strategy and pay legislation.
  • Using advanced Power BI and Excel skills to create complex statistical modeling for financial budgeting and analysis.
  • Managing detailed records of plans/programs.
  • Supporting large-scale and complex projects to aid in the delivery of Group-wide transformational programs.
  • Researching and analyzing market practices, maintaining awareness of practices among competitors and regulatory and business trends in compensation and organizational design.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders including WPP Finance, Tax, Legal, and HR on transformation and regulatory aspects of programs.
  • Assisting in the development of compensation-related communications to employees regarding compensation plans, policies, and program design.
