Why we’re hiring:
We are looking for a Senior Reward Analyst to join our Global Reward and Transformation team. Reporting to the Global Head of Reward & Transformation, you will play a key role in the design, development and administration of reward programs that attract, motivate, and retain critical talent in our organisation. Working with other team members, you will foster a fair and transparent pay philosophy focused on diversity and inclusiveness.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support WPP’s Reward team on day-to-day management, analysis, and communication of WPP’s Compensation Programs on a global scale.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret compensation data, including pay levels, mix, prevalence / best practices to identify trends and improve competitive market positioning.
- Provide analytical support, formulate creative solutions, and deliver recommendations around Global Reward strategy, pay legislation and job architecture across the group.
- Able to filter through multiple streams of information and organise it in a cohesive and clear manner.
- Use advanced Power BI and Excel skills to create complex statistical modelling to aid in financial budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
- Manage detailed records of plans/programs.
- Support large scale and complex projects to aid in the delivery of Group wide transformational programmes, specifically linked to compensation legislation and delivery of job architecture.
- Research and analyse market practices, maintain awareness of practices among competitors and of regulatory and business trends in compensation and organisational design.
- Coordinate with a wide range of stakeholders including WPP Finance, Tax, Legal and HR on transformation and regulatory aspects of programmes.
- Assist development of compensation related communications to employees regarding compensation plans, policies and program design.
What you’ll need:
- Experience as a Reward Analyst in a large, complex organisation.
- Theoretical and applied knowledge in Reward, HR and job architecture design principles.
- Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize information and data from a variety of sources.
- Ability to translate data into insights.
- Demonstrable experience of supporting large scale projects and delivering successful outcomes.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite.
