As the Sales and Marketing Operations Manager, you strengthen bonds and communication across our Mid-Market Sales and Marketing teams while analyzing data to support sales leaders in exceeding their targets.

You are an experienced professional with a background in sales, marketing, or sales operations in the software industry. You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, metrics obsessed, and seek to leverage data-backed insights to bring in new customers. How About You
The successful candidate will possess specialized Sales Operations expertise and skills while maintaining established standards of quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities include;
Supercharge Mid-Market Sales & Marketing:
● Standardize reporting & track performance: Partner with leaders to ensure clear metrics & insights.
● Build & manage analytics programs: Empower data-driven decisions across all stages of the funnel.
● Support weekly forecasting, deals, & campaigns: Identify risks, propose improvements, analyze MQLs & pipeline.
Empower Mid-Market Account Executives:
● Identify & share best practices for growth: Foster collaboration & knowledge sharing.
● Onboard & advise new hires: Become their trusted resource for sales processes, tools, & execution.
● Assist with quote-to-cash & tool evaluation: Ensure smooth operations & provide the right tools for success.
Connect the Dots & Drive Growth:
● Break down silos across teams: Foster collaboration for a seamless customer journey.
● Own & enforce best practices: Ensure consistent excellence in marketing & sales funnel. Communication and leadership is key!
● Empower marketing to analyze performance & demonstrate ROI: Drive revenue-focused initiatives.
● Identify & implement process improvements: Continuously optimize for efficiency & effectiveness.
Collaborate & Lead Across Teams:
● Liaise between Sales, Marketing, CS, Product, & more: Bridge communication & knowledge gaps.
● Drive programs for incremental sales & improved customer experience: Focus on impact & results.

● Excellent communication & persuasion skills, self-starter with initiative.
● Experience with Google Sheets/Excel, Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau (preferred).
