Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in program management, quality, operations, vendor management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with external vendors, business process outsourcing providers, or third-party operational partners.
  • Experience working in Sales, Customer Support, Customer Success, or another customer-facing operational environment.
Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve the GTM Vendor Solutions quality operating model across global vendor programs supporting Sales and Support.
  • Translate business priorities, customer expectations, and operational goals into quality strategies, frameworks, and measurement mechanisms.
  • Establish consistent quality standards, methodologies, governance, and ways of working across vendor programs.
  • Define quality priorities, identify emerging risks, and establish measurable improvement goals with leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Serve as a strategic quality advisor to Program Managers, Vendor Managers, and operational leaders.
  • Assess the effectiveness of the quality model and identify opportunities to simplify, scale, automate, and innovate.
  • Own the strategic partnership and operating model with the Third-Party Quality Assurance vendor provider.
  • Establish expectations, performance standards, service-level agreements, governance mechanisms, and accountability frameworks for the quality partner.
  • Orchestrate quality execution across programs, including sampling, evaluations, calibration, reporting, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Hold the vendor accountable for quality outcomes, delivery against commitments, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify vendor-performance gaps and lead structured remediation plans with clear owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive view of quality performance across vendor programs, identifying trends, risks, root causes, and opportunities.
  • Analyze quality data alongside operational metrics to identify performance drivers and impacts on customer experience, productivity, revenue, and business outcomes.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership beyond metric reporting.
  • Establish mechanisms to identify systemic issues and recurring failure patterns across programs and vendors.
  • Connect quality insights to broader operational performance with Analytics, Operations, Training, Workforce Management, and other functions.
  • Develop executive-level reporting and business reviews covering performance, risks, opportunities, and required decisions.
  • Act as the central quality partner across GTM Vendor Solutions, connecting Vendor Management, Program Management, Operations, Training, Analytics, and business stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with Sales and Support leaders and understand their operating models, customer journeys, and quality requirements.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and vendor leadership without direct authority to drive alignment and action.
  • Facilitate quality governance forums, business reviews, calibrations, and performance discussions.
  • Create communication mechanisms so quality insights and expectations are understood and acted upon across internal and external teams.
  • Challenge stakeholders when performance, process, or quality outcomes do not meet expectations.
  • Improve quality processes, methodologies, tooling, and operating mechanisms.
  • Drive initiatives that improve the scalability, efficiency, and effectiveness of the Third-Party Quality Assurance model.
  • Explore and implement automation, artificial-intelligence-enabled quality analysis, and new methods for identifying customer and operational insights.
  • Partner with Training and Operations so quality findings translate into coaching, enablement, and process improvements.
  • Establish closed-loop feedback connecting quality, insights, coaching and training, operational improvement, and business outcomes.
  • Develop scalable playbooks and best practices for adoption across global vendor programs.
  • Establish governance mechanisms so quality programs operate consistently and effectively across vendors and geographies.
  • Maintain documentation of quality standards, methodologies, processes, and decision rights.
  • Drive regular calibration and alignment across internal stakeholders and the Third-Party Quality Assurance partner.
  • Monitor adherence to quality requirements and proactively identify operational or compliance risks.
  • Establish action tracking and escalation mechanisms to ensure commitments are delivered.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability across the quality ecosystem.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs across global teams and external partners.
  • Strong understanding of Sales and/or Support operating models, workflows, and performance metrics.
  • Experience designing or managing Quality Assurance or Quality Management programs, preferably in a business process outsourcing or outsourced operating model.
  • Ability to translate data and operational metrics into actionable business insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and connect quality performance to business outcomes.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and external partners without direct authority.

  • Experience managing vendor performance through governance, service-level agreements, key performance indicators, business reviews, and structured improvement plans.

  • Ability to simplify complex information and clearly articulate recommendations to executives.
  • Curiosity and an innovation mindset, with willingness to challenge existing processes and explore new technologies, tools, and approaches.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity while balancing strategic thinking with execution discipline.
  • Experience working across geographically distributed teams and global vendor ecosystems.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, Tableau, and artificial-intelligence-enabled automation tools for data analysis, reporting, workflow automation, and dashboard development.

LinkedIn shuts Israel office, lays off nearly all 50 staff after $80M Oribi acquisition

LinkedIn is closing its Tel Aviv development centre and laying off nearly all of its roughly 50 employees. A small number will remain temporarily to handle ongoing business activities. The Microsoft-owned company opened the office in 2022 after acquiring Oribi, an Israel-based analytics startup founded by Iris Shoor, for an estimated $80 million to $90 million. At the time, LinkedIn said Oribi's technology would improve campaign attribution and measure website conversions. A LinkedIn spokesperson said the company is proposing changes to some roles to focus its teams on top priorities. The closure comes as Microsoft cuts costs, including a recent move to lay off 9,000 employees, though available information does not directly tie the Israel layoffs to broader restructuring.

LinkedIn launches paid advice sessions for premium users to monetise expertise

LinkedIn is rolling out a new feature for premium business subscribers that allows them to offer paid one-to-one advice sessions directly from their profiles. The tool, called Advice Sessions, enables followers to book and pay for consultations without leaving the platform. Derek Notman, founder of Intrepid Wealth Partners, said the feature could be particularly valuable for financial advisers seeking growth through new client connections. "It allows me to offer whatever services I want and get paid for it," Notman said. The launch comes as North American wealth managers have enjoyed annual growth rates of about 10% in assets under management over the past decade, though only 30% of that growth was organic, with the rest mainly attributable to market performance.

Microsoft's $20B ad business gets new leader as AI reshapes advertising landscape
